10 ounces (~2 cups) all-purpose flour
4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
10 ounces (~1 1/4 cups) plain Greek yogurt (fat free is fine, thicker yogurts like Fage or HEB are preferred)
Pizza Sauce and Toppings
We have had LOTS of issues with the dough's hydration. If it's too wet, add some flour. If things are too try, add some yogurt. It seems using an equal weight of flour and yogurt works best (rather than an equal volume).
Preheat oven to 425 degrees, making sure racks are in upper-middle and lower-middle positions. Line baking sheets or pizza pans with foil, oil, parchment paper, Silpats - whatever you do to keep stuff from sticking.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in bowl. Add garlic powder, basil, oregano, or other spices/herbs as desired.
Add Greek yogurt to flour. Mix to combine then knead together until a dough forms.
Divide into 4 equal pieces for individual pizzas or 2 equal pieces for larger pizzas. Roll dough out to desired size.
Place rolled out pizza dough onto prepared pans. Top as desired. Bake 15-20 minutes to desired doneness, rotating and switching pans halfway through.
